Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the JonesCo website and the purchase of any services offered, including guided step-by-step setup plans and full project coordination services. By using this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.
JonesCo provides project coordination, planning, and guidance services related to placing and setting up a mobile home on private land. Services may include sequencing of permits, utilities, contractor coordination guidance, timelines, and related planning support. JonesCo does not perform construction work or act as a licensed contractor, and all construction, utility, and installation work is performed by third-party providers.
Payment terms are as stated at checkout. For coordination services, an initial onboarding deposit is required to begin services, with any remaining balance due upon loan funding or prior to the commencement of major installation coordination, whichever occurs first. For guided step-by-step plans, payment is required in full before work begins.
Due to the nature of the services provided, which involve customized planning, coordination, and the allocation of time and resources upon engagement, fees are generally considered earned once services have commenced or deliverables have been initiated. As such, adjustments, credits, or reversals of payments are not typically issued after work has begun, except where expressly agreed to in writing at JonesCo’s sole discretion.
All guidance and planning are based on information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete details regarding their property, financing status, utilities, and project goals. JonesCo relies on this information when developing plans, timelines, and coordination guidance.
Clients authorize JonesCo to communicate with contractors, utility providers, lenders, governing bodies, and other relevant parties for the purpose of project coordination and planning assistance related to the services purchased.
All documents, plans, timelines, and materials provided by JonesCo are the intellectual property of JonesCo and are provided for use solely in connection with the client’s project. They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
Either party may discontinue services; however, fees for services rendered or work already initiated remain due and payable according to these Terms and any separate service agreement.
JonesCo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
